This fabric is Red Hot, and even though it is machine washable (cold water, line dry, then tumble to remove wrinkles), and it’s made from a durable cotton/poly blend, it feels and looks like genuine suede. Very reasonable priced, especially when you consider that the cover is piped on all edges at no extra charge (piping is a cord like treatment on all exposed edges using the same fabric). Don’t forget to order the matching square pillows and round bolsters (which are also piped on all edges, at no extra charge) to make your futon look like a couch! Want a free sample?
