We provide standard ground shipping free, with any item you purchase, if you reside in the continental U.S.A..  We DO NOT ship to Canada or any other location outside the U.S.A..  Average ship time is 2-3 weeks, although some orders will arrive sooner. In some cases, if you order a custom cover with a 4" loft, the delivery time could be longer then 3 weeks. Please allow extra time for these orders as they are custom manufactured and there is always a small queue to have these covers made.

If you would like to expedite your order (though usually it will arrive very quickly so most customers have no need to rush their item) you can call us after placing your order online, and we can provide rush service and UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air shipment at an additional charge, but you will need to provide your credit card information to us via phone, since we do not keep credit card numbers once you have processed your order online.

Please note that shipping is NOT included for free in your order if you live in Alaska or Hawaii, and we ship only UPS 2nd Day Air to these states, at a minimum cost of $40, but additional items such as pillows or bolsters can increase shipping to Alaska or Hawaii to $60 or more. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii using the U.S. Postal Service. You must call 1-800-231-1651 after you place your order to pay for these shipping charges before your order will be processed. If you place an online order for Alaska or Hawaii, it will not be automatically shipped to you until you contact us by phone and provide credit card information to add the surcharge. We do not store credit card information, so you must call and provide a credit card number to finalize the shipping charges before your order will be processed.
