Policy
Futon Covers Online offers the easiest return
policy of any internet futon cover store on the planet. If for any reason,
you are not satisfied with your cover, you may return the item within
15 days after the day you received it. The only cost you must cover is
the return ship charge, which is usually just a few dollars, and a small
restock fee of 15% to cover handling and repackaging. Most sites offer
much higher restock charges, if you can return the cover at all. Scroll
down to find instructions for returning any items. Please note that a
very few items are not returnable, due to policies of our manufacturers
or sanitary bedding laws.
Please note that covers made with 4"
lofts (go to Futons 101 to read about loft
size options) are considered custom and are not returnable, exchangeable,
or refundable. Covers ordered with the standard industry 5" and
6" lofts are returnable and exchangeable (read terms, or for quick
return policy, read FAQ #1 on FAQ page). Also
note, custom ordered sizes, including chair, ottoman, twin, or irregular
futon cover sizes, including any sizes other than full and queen, are
not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. Gripper Pads and Protect-A-Bed
Covers are also not returnable.
Please note that any cover that is returned
with any evidence of human or animal hair, food residues, urine or smoke
odor, dirt, dust, smudge marks, or any other evidence of use, is not returnable,
exchangeable, or refundable, and will be immediately returned to the customer.
This is due to State Sanitary Bedding Laws.
The only other items which are not returnable
are the Gripper Pad and any Protect-A-Bed waterproof covers, due to State
Sanitary Laws.
