Some custom made covers are made to order and are not returnable, such as covers sewn with a tighter fit like our 4" loft covers, as well as custom sizes requested by customers, but our entire line of fabrics in our regular fit program with 6" lofts (click here to go to our description of loft size and what that means) is completely returnable. We're unlike any other futon cover store on the internet or elsewhere.
